Start a focus session from any task to track time spent on it. Use focus mode to reduce distractions and build better work habits.
Reminders & notifications
Set due dates and reminders so Todolu can notify you when tasks are due. Notification permissions are optional and controlled in your device settings.

Review your productivity patterns with an in-app analytics dashboard that summarizes your task and focus activity over time.

Google sign-in
Google sign-in is required to use Todolu. Signing in connects your account for reminders, Google Drive backup, and Google Calendar sync for dated tasks.
How it works

Sign in with Google
A Google account is required. Todolu stores your name, email, and profile photo in Firebase so it can identify your account.
Plan your tasks
Lists, tasks, and notes stay on your device. Tasks with due dates and reminders can also be stored in Firebase so Todolu can notify you.
Drive and Calendar
Signing in connects Google Drive, so Todolu can back up lists, tasks, and notes to a private app folder, and Google Calendar, so dated tasks stay in sync with your primary calendar.
How we use your data
Todolu requests access to user data only to provide the features described below. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking networks.
