Todolu is a mobile task management app that helps you plan lists, schedule tasks on a calendar, capture notes, run focus sessions with time tracking, and get timely reminders — all in one place.

Start a focus session from any task to track time spent on it. Use focus mode to reduce distractions and build better work habits.
Reminders & notifications
Set due dates and reminders so Todolu can notify you when tasks are due. Notification permissions are optional and controlled in your device settings.
Analytics dashboard
Review your productivity patterns with an in-app analytics dashboard that summarizes your task and focus activity over time.
Themes & widgets
Personalize the app with theme options and add home screen widgets for quick access to tasks and focus sessions.
Optional cloud sync
Use Todolu entirely offline with local storage, or sign in to enable cloud features such as cross-device sync via Google Drive and push notifications for reminders.
How it works
You can use Todolu without an account. Sign in only when you want cloud-backed features.
Use locally
Without signing in, your lists, tasks, and notes are stored on your device. Todolu does not collect personal information in this mode.
Sign in optionally
Choose Google or phone sign-in to enable account features such as cloud reminder delivery and profile personalization.
Sync when you choose
After signing in with Google, tap “Sync with Google Drive” to back up lists, tasks, and notes to a private app folder in your Google account.
How we use your data
Todolu requests access to user data only to provide the features described below. We do not sell personal information and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking networks.

| Task reminder data | Tasks with due dates and reminders may be stored in Firebase Firestore so the app can send timely push notifications. |
| Push notification token | Used to deliver reminder notifications to your device. Updated on login and removed when invalid. |
| Google Drive app data | When you tap “Sync with Google Drive,” Todolu uploads a backup of your lists, tasks, and notes to a hidden application folder in your Google Drive for cross-device sync. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account settings. |
| Anonymized analytics | Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage events to help us understand how features are used and improve the app. |
Third-party services: Todolu uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics), Google Sign-In, and the Google Drive API. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
